Civil Law

The Office of Civil Law handles and coordinates all diocesan and parish legal matters. It is also responsible for the preparation and/or review of all civil legal documents for the diocese and the parishes, including contracts, handling probate matters, the preparation and review of all deeds and easements as well as handling all real estate matters.
