80th Anniversary of the Establishment of the Diocese of Steubenville

Bishop Edward M. Lohse will bless the new Immaculate Heart section at Mount Calvary Cemetery, Steubenville, at 3 p.m., Oct. 21. The section is being named after the patroness of the diocese in honor of the 80th anniversary.

Also, Bishop Lohse will celebrate a Mass in commemoration of the 80th anniversary of the establishment of the Diocese of Steubenville at 5:15 p.m., Oct. 21, at Holy Rosary Church, Steubenville. A plenary indulgence will be available at the Mass. Also, a light reception will follow in the church hall. An archival presentation from the diocesan Office of Archives will be on display.
